Tip: when we let housekeeping know in advance that we would be out at 8am for breakfast, they were able to service our room at that time. “Overall, we had a really good stay at The Palazzo and would definitely consider coming back. The self-parking entrance was easy to find, which made arrival simple, but the garage itself was a little confusing to navigate at first. The row markings and signs were there, but they did not feel especially intuitive on a first visit, and some of the parking-space indicator lights were not accurate because certain spaces were blocked off. “Went with my friend for a girls trip on MDW. The Aria is in a great location on the strip with access to the free tram and it's easy to get cabs/ubers anywhere. The casino is huge and has a lot of slots and table games. Lots of food and drink options, so you don't really need to leave the hotel. The pool(s) are also really great. It's easy to get a lounger, there are plenty (not necessarily in the shade though), but not many umbrellas. “It was a perfect experience for a staycation until we went to the pool this morning. We were informed by the staff that the washing machine broke so there was no towels. We had just checked out of our room with the intention of using the pool for the day and they suggested if we wanted we could go back to our room and get towels otherwise we would not have any towels to use.
