“Do not come to this hotel ever if you don’t want to experience complete ignorance, terrible service and lack of support from the staff. Receptionist named Joy was very unprofessional and mean. We came in the hotel at 10 am after a long flight and we haven’t slept for the entire day. We had a lot of small kids but we knew that the check in time is 3 pm and we were okay with that, but when she said that that they will give us the room later than 3pm because some of their “important” guest have a a special credit card ability that allows him to move out of the room at 4pm, i was completely shocke” — sxnlight2k

“Great luxury stay in Downtown LA with stunning views, though minor drawbacks We stayed here for several days and overall had a great experience. The hotel is ideally located right in Downtown LA, directly next to the Walt Disney Concert Hall. Room & View: Our room on the 16th floor offered a fantastic view with modern and luxurious furnishings. However, the Queen bed was quite compact at only 1.38 meters (54 inches) wide—definitely a cozy fit for two people. “This is an exceptional property and one of the best Conrad hotels in the US. It is brand new construction and only 4 years old. The property has been immaculately maintained. The rooms are beautiful and thoughtfully designed. The amenities are all consistent with the Conrad brand globally and service is executed flawlessly. San Laurel is the main restaurant by Chef Jose Andres and I enjoyed breakfast there everyday as well as dinner on my first night. Each visit was a treat with outstanding food and service.
