“Exquisite hotel. We were given a room upgrade without having to ask, as they knew it was our honeymoon and they prepared some sweet treats for us in our room. The room was large and had everything we needed. They use Byredo in the bathroom which is my favourite! The breakfast buffet was delicious. The manager was super friendly and would chat to several guests ensuring they were enjoying their stay. Staff was super attentive and offered excellent service. Anytime you look at them, they'll come over asking if you needed something. We had dinner at the C Grill which was delicious as well. Really” — Susan Kuang

“My family has stayed at several Conrad hotels, and Conrad Osaka was an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel view and location is amazing, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the employees are very welcoming and friendly as well. “We had an unbelievable honeymoon stay at Conrad Osaka. The location is a bit further north than the touristy spots which made this a great place to walk around and explore. Rooms were spacious and luxurious (especially the shower and bath!), robes were incredible, food at the breakfast buffet, lounge, and lobby restaurant were terrific. But the real standout was the staff and service. The concierge team helped us find an English-speaking medical clinic for an emergency on a Sunday and were phenomenal at following up and helping to make sure we were okay and safe.
