“Stayed February 2026 It is hard to understand or even comprehend how a hotel of this supposed rating cannot not give you any complementary bottles of water for your room. When asked we were told ‘oh you don’t get them on that floor!’ We stayed on the 4th floor of 10, in a Luxe View room for 3 nights and paid just under $1,800. No breakfast included, no parking included and yes, daily maid services not available and then no Water included. Also, air-con appeared to be centrally controlled and only took room temperature down to 23.9 degrees. We asked about this and got no response. Completely us” — Martyn Pointer

“We recently stayed for 2 nights at Crown Metropol Perth in the Luxe King Spa Suite. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable stay, with some great highlights but also areas that definitely need improvement. The best part of the stay was the stunning outside view from our room — absolutely beautiful, especially during the evening. We also appreciated the valet parking service and the sparkling wine on arrival, which made us feel welcomed and added a touch of luxury to the experience. “Couldn’t explain in words how wonderful our stay was. The view was surreal. The staffs were amazing, the housekeeping team, the pool team and the reception staffs each and every staff was sooooo polite, friendly and nice. The room felt so fresh and clean. Definitely worth coming back again and again. I would like to especially mention Shanta Hamal who made our stay so much more better. Her jolly personality and kind gesture was just a cherry on top.
