“I'm a Gold Hilton Honors member and own a HGV timeshare, so I've stayed in many Hilton properties, including several of their premium brands both in the US and internationally. Given those varied experiences, this hotel is rather disappointing. The room is lovely, and the views are fabulous. I'll give them that. However, the location is difficult to access from mass transit. We knew that coming in but were willing to overlook that. What disappoints me is that the hotel advertises having a pool. What they hide is that accessing the pool costs an additional €50 PER PERSON for only two hours. I'v” — Julian Bryson

“We travel often - and mostly at 5 star locations so I will admit our standards may be too high. In short: Location: Beautiful view but we were 15 min car ride from seeing things we wanted to - Taxi possible but walking always better. Rooms: Small and scuffs on wall etc. Room we booked was Mito connecting suite but the rooms we got on 3rd floor much smaller vs picture. Air “controlled” by front desk (we had to call amd ask for cooler temp). Coffee machine plug didn’t work and the guy came up to help fix. “At arrival, Camila kindly helped our check-in. (She was the best!) We stayed for 4 nights last week from Monday to Friday, and missed seeing her for 2 days while she might be off. (Sad not to say bye to her while checking out.) We were very impressed and grateful as she even showed our room in person. The room was nicely decorated with a comfortable bed and had a beautiful view! Thank you, Camila!
