“4.5 Stars actually. I visited the Hotel to spend a few days away with my charming wonderful Daughter to enjoy Naples and we were both warmly welcomed with such a nice reception from smartly presented and proud staff. The staff the property the decorative finish are all beautiful. The hotel communal areas also have an amazing smell and of course the Room is spacious classic and spectacular. My one and only negative observation “no matter how hard I tried the Breakfast Cheff can not execute a perfect fried or poached egg. And the Ala’Cart Cheff severed me a Raw Burger then having sent it he back” — dominic parker

“I'm a Gold Hilton Honors member and own a HGV timeshare, so I've stayed in many Hilton properties, including several of their premium brands both in the US and internationally. Given those varied experiences, this hotel is rather disappointing. The room is lovely, and the views are fabulous. I'll give them that. However, the location is difficult to access from mass transit. We knew that coming in but were willing to overlook that. What disappoints me is that the hotel advertises having a pool.
