The restaurant, Andy, was excellent, and the outdoor terrace overlooking the garden provided a truly wonderful dining experience. “The only reason I’m not giving this place 5 stars is because of the staff, especially those at the reception desk. The property itself is absolutely beautiful. The surroundings are gorgeous, with plenty of nature and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it a perfect escape from the city. The location is also very convenient, within easy driving distance of Paris, making it ideal for a quick wellness getaway. The spa, restaurant, and overall setting are exactly what you would expect from a relaxing resort. Unfortunately, the service does not match the quality of the hotel. “My partner and I absolutely loved our time spent here. The amazing Lea at reception was incredibly accomodating and also upgraded us to a better room! She was friendly and helpful, and even with the spectacular surrounding grounds, food, gym and spa, managed to make our overall experience even better! A stay to remember! Shout out to porter Adam for dropping us and our luggage off at the end of our stay, absolute legend and a great way to finish our stay with them.
