“Really enjoyed our stay at Dream. Reception staff were great, happy to help with anything, Liked that they had robots to send our food orders up. Was really impressed with our service at the rooftop restaurant, particularly with the lady with brown hair (forgot her name!) she was amazing and definitely apart of the reason our stay was so great. food and drinks were always spot on as well, views from the restaurant were amazing also, great view of the Hollywood sign. “The room was clean and spacious. They’re really good at replacing the sheets and vacuuming the carpet. The vents were clean and spotless which I greatly appreciated. As someone who’s allergic to dust mites, I never woke up with a stuffy nose nor sneezed incessantly while my stay here as oppose to the many other hotels. We arrived to the hotel near midnight. The only guy at the counter dressed in a casual colorful outfit haphazardly checked us in without offering us any bottles of water and information about the restaurant nor amenities.
