The service was the best I've ever experienced. Richard greeted us cheerily and carried in all our bags, valet parked our car, and happily retrieved a few small items we'd left in the car door and brought them to our room. We were given a full tour of the room, and my boys were *thrilled* to see candy and stuffies waiting for them on the bed.
