“Service at Adare Manor is impeccable! Valet upon arrival inc our bags dropped to our room, we were upgraded too which was lovely! The complimentary mini bar and little cake left in the room were nice extras. The ipad that controlled the lighting, temperature and blinds didn’t work for the curtains in our room in particular. The room was very clean and modern mixed with an old time feel, I do feel like more coloured textiles would add a warmer feel. “While I do believe our 9-month-old was the only baby on-site during our stay, Hayfield Manor was by far the most baby-friendly hotel we stayed at during our trip. We road-tripped all around Ireland and stayed at five different hotels, and Hayfield absolutely blew us away. They had robes waiting for my husband and me, plus an adorable baby robe for our son. A beautiful little wooden crib was already set up in the room, and the staff brought all of our bags up for us and kept our car nearby in case we needed to quickly grab anything. “Wow - what a fantastic hotel with such wonderful service. The hotel had a fantastic view of Lough Leane and Killarney National Park, including Ireland's highest peak, Carrauntoohill. The rooms were spacious, well presented, with good amenities. The hair dryer didn't work very well, but a small slight. The staff were outstanding and whilst the odd language barrier at breakfast, the service offered was amongst the best I have experienced. Service at the bars was fast and attentive. “We had a fabulous time celebrating our honeymoon at Ashford Castle. The service and grounds were impeccable! A big highlight was our hawk walk with Miguel. “Our first time at such a high end hotel. We decided to stay here following some research on the web for Castle Hotels in Ireland. Was extremely happy to have stayed there. We experienced the full 5 star treatment. They took care of everything and you felt being important for one night. The food option for the bed and breakfast was well worth it. We had access to the pool and spa area which was marvellous and we got to relax. Next day we had time to walk up to the Cashel Castle which is literally in the backyard. “Everything about this hotel has been awesome. From the moment we showed up and our bags were brought in for us. To them personally walking us to our room and showing us all of the amenities. The room is beautiful. Very clean. The food is great. We borrowed a couple of bikes and did a self guided tour of the area. This morning we had to leave early for a tour so we ordered room service. “We stayed in the Hunter's Yard. Mount Juliet Estate is in a truly beautiful area. We loved walking around the grounds at sunset. The breakfast was excellent. In particular, the house manager, Karim Habib was very friendly, and helpful and made us feel special. I wish he could see this review! Only one complaint, we checked in fairly late, and told the lady who checked us in that we were looking forward to using the hot tub as we had been hiking, and felt so sore and weary. “We stayed here in April of this year and it was absolutely LOVELY! The grounds are gorgeous, the rooms are beautiful, and everyone was very friendly. They truly went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed during our stay whether that was water, extra toiletries, or even extras like band-aids when the unexpected occurred. “Awful rooms (small, cramped, poor quality furnishings), great service by friendly staff, awful designed bar (looks like a train station caffeteria), good buffet breakfast, lovely entrance and staircase, but that is all you are paying for. Our tiny room at circa 650 euro a night was absolutely not worth it. I should have booked the Merrion Hotel which I am told is better, but juts a bit further away. Don't know why that fund crowd paid something like 250 million euro to buy it and are due to spend another 50 million refurbishing. “This is an awesome hotel in a great location! Don’t stay any place else in Dublin. The service is impeccable, we had dinner at Belfes twice during our stay and it was very good. “Really great location. Not very typical Conrad when it comes to gym, spa etc however the bar is very ambient and open late, staff compensate for the lack of facilities. Had great experience in breakfast with the team primarily Mia and Lorenzo! Alejandro was a great host at reservations and I think I have booked around a 13 day stay. “5 star hotel with 2 star service. Grounds are beautiful and live up to the bidding. Food at the Palmer bar is good. Service and cleanliness at the lodges was bad. Our family had four lodges rented and each one had the same complaints. Radiators were leaking water, two radiators in our living area were leaking so bad we had to put towels under them to prevent the water from pooling on the floor. Service staff operates with a complete lack of integrity. We asked for additional towels to be brought, they said they would but never did.
