“It was a perfect experience for a staycation until we went to the pool this morning. We were informed by the staff that the washing machine broke so there was no towels. We had just checked out of our room with the intention of using the pool for the day and they suggested if we wanted we could go back to our room and get towels otherwise we would not have any towels to use. If someone who has worked in the hospitality industry for more than 30 years I was surprised at the dismissiveness of The Clique Hospitality staff members. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, incredibly clean, and pristine in every way. The service went above and beyond, especially Jordan, who made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was getting to enjoy a poolside concert by Scotty McCreery, it was such a fun and memorable time.
