“What a lovely place. We recently stayed four days, had dinner, breakfast, tiny bites and drinks during our stay. Our first room was a bit dark, but the rooms were clean and well appointment. The staff from reception to waiters and cleaning service could not have been more wonderful. They were friendly and accommodating. Anna P. bent over backward making sure everything was perfect. Every single member of staff was exceptional from Laura who coordinated the event to the bar staff, reception, the cleaning staff who gave my little nephew cookies on the house and Pierre who gave my partner a shirt coz he forgot his 🤦🏼‍♀️ Just an overall lovely experience, we were made feel so special. “The last time I stayed at The Dylan before my trip this March was proximately 3/4 years ago. That stay was better than this. I think it’s important to note that I’ve stayed in a variety of hotels in the city of varying levels of affordability. My most recent stay at The Dylan unfortunately left much to be desired. I was charged around €350 for a one night stay. At this price point I would have expected a much higher level of experience and service than I received. My room was tired.
