“I had an amazing stay at Eden Roc Cap Cana and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and treated us like family. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The food was one of the highlights of our trip. Every meal was absolutely delicious, and you can really tell they take pride in the quality and presentation. We looked forward to every breakfast, lunch, and dinner. “The property feels noticeably dated while still charging premium, five-star prices. In reality, it lands closer to a four-star experience at best. The contrast with the St. Regis next door - which genuinely delivers on a five-star standard - makes this even more obvious. While the food is very good and the villas are generously sized, the marketing imagery is misleading and sets expectations most rooms simply don’t meet.
