When we got to the hotel Katrina recommended the Arenal excursion and gave us so many recommendations. Our tour guy Estiven was the best I have ever seen, so knowledgeable. The golf cart driver Roger was always willing to help. Las Ventanas Restaurant at the property is excellent. “Beautiful place with many wellness activities. Tried out the morning yoga class as well as the aqua sound healing treatment, it was excellent. Also got the volcanic clay massage and it felt extremely relaxing and skin felt soft and hydrated after. The sauna in the master bathroom and the patio jacuzzi was great. Food was delicious especially the steak and beautifully plated, kids food was also great, they also gave us complimentary treats as we were celebrating a birthday.
