“I recently stayed at the Emiliano Hotel, and it was unquestionably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. After a grueling 13‑hour flight, I politely requested an early check‑in. Instead of showing any flexibility or empathy, the staff curtly informed me, “Check‑in is at 3 p.m. and not before.” This absolute lack of accommodation for a weary traveler was extremely disappointing. “My name is faiz Salti I stayed at this property and I have to tell you the service. The employees were absolutely impeccable. I had a really great time at this hotel. The rooms are nice modern. The food was amazing everybody from the doorman all the way front service to the housekeeping was absolutely amazing and this is coming from an ambassador member with Marriot. “Check in was smooth. Everyone was very kind. Room is well equipped. The bed is very hard. The absolute best 90 minute massage I have ever had was at their spa. I also went to their spa for their 60 minute facial. Which cost as much as their 90 minute massage. The facial consists of a face wash and mask and a very drawn out wiping with horrible smelling sprays sprayed onto your face. There was no adjustment made when I complained to the manager.
