“We spent a wonderful six nights at Fairmont Beijing and had a fantastic stay. The hotel is conveniently located, only a stone’s throw from metro lines 3 and 17, which made exploring the city very easy. We were assigned a beautiful room and received great service throughout our stay. A special thank you to Thommy from the concierge team, who kindly assisted us with a booking at the nearby Cohiba Cigar Lounge. “This place gave me PTSD, no wonder it's not expensive at all with such a nice location. 2 nights, switched 4 rooms due to different issues. I never wake up in the middle of the night at a hotel due to an AC issue, not even at a MOTEL. Eventually, they gave me an upgrade to a better room, and I also asked them to help me fix some light issues. Oh, and the food, the ground-floor dining was incredibly bad. 100 dollars per person, but it's like fast food or a premade meal” — Zhang Alan

“Stayed at Fairmont Beijing from March 19–24 and had a great experience. All the staff spoke good English, which made everything very convenient. Special thanks to Tommy who was extremely helpful during our stay, he assisted with arranging our Taobao packages and guided us on the best ways to get around Beijing, including how to buy tickets and navigate the city efficiently The hotel was very clean, cozy, and well-maintained.
