“I stayed here for a business trip in April, and the experience was fantastic. The location was excellent—close to millennium park and the river. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and the service was outstanding throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the view from my room. I had a fantastic view overlooking Millennium Park, and I could even catch a glimpse of Lake Michigan in the distance. It was especially beautiful in the morning and at sunset. “My daughter and I stayed at the Fairmont for a mother-daughter trip to Chicago. The hotel is very nice, we stayed in a suite with a view of the park and it is a really beautiful view- we could even see some of the Navy Pier fireworks from our bed. The staff at the hotel truly makes the experience though. All of the staff were wonderful and helpful. Mya at the front desk was outstandingly wonderful. She went above and beyond for us.
