“I took my mom to the Fairmont Copley Plaza for her birthday, and she was absolutely blown away. The property is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the service was wonderful across the board. A special shoutout to the bell staff, who truly went above and beyond. They took the time to share the history of the hotel with us, which made the stay feel even more special and memorable. The deluxe room was also quite large, especially for a historic hotel, and very comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and absolutely plan to return. “We are from the UK and recently flew over at the start of April. The location was ideal for us as we were travelling a lot to Harvard/Cambridge, Salem, TD Garden etc, and going out for food frequently in BackBay. We were visiting our sister/sister-in-law, and she stayed with us at the hotel in a room on the Gold floor. We had access to the fabulous lounge service (e.g., breakfast, evening canapes) and we felt right at home and looked after with complimentary drinks/snacks available. Staff made us feel very welcome.
