Fairmont Kea Lani, Maui

“Greeted by the hotel valet with Lei’s which was beautiful. We were celebrating our anniversary and the hotel gifted us wine. The hotel room is modern and mostly cleaned. Inside the toilet seat, there was a stain, I wiped it with my cleaning products. There were some bugs in the room- that’s fine. We’re on an island I can’t expect it to be bug free. Pool services can be worked on. 2/3 times I visited the pool, there were no pool service tenants to set up the chairs with towels. The one time I grabbed the chair towel behind the desk (again no one was there) there was a NASTY brown stain on it wh” — Fran

“What a delightful hotel! As a family of 4 (2 kids age 4 + 12), we chose Fairmont over Four Seasons as all the rooms are suites. The extra room definitely made a huge difference to our comfort during our stay. The online pictures don't do it justice: In person, this hotel is fabulous. The views from the lobby, Pilina, and Ko looking out to the ocean are like a postcard. The sunsets were so vibrant and the live music at Pilina made for a magical experience. “It’s our third time staying at The Fairmont in Kea Lani and we just can’t get enough! The service is impeccable, the property and views are better than any other property we have visited in Wailea. The food is beyond! Breakfast is the best I’ve ever had…and Venus was so lovely…she started our day off with the best service and was a breath of fresh air! Mark at the makana market went above and beyond suggesting my new favorite snack…he’s the best! I love seeing him every time we come.
