“Over-all very pleasant experience. Great room, great friendly service from all staff, very clean and pleasant smelling. Everyone was very helpful and smiling all the time. The only negative I can think of is that there was no welcome gift or amenity or recognition as an Accor Gold member. The cafe/lobby restaurant also gets very overwhelmed - I only visited once, but there was a very long waiting time for food/drinks and coffee, which is subpar for a 5 star hotel.” — Mark E
