“We had a great overall experience at The Peninsula Manila. From arrival through departure, the staff were consistently accommodating and professional, creating a very welcoming atmosphere after a long international journey. We did run into a hiccup at check-in related to a pre-arranged request for distilled water for a CPAP machine. I had reached out weeks in advance and was advised the hotel didn’t have it on hand, but that they would ensure it was available upon arrival.
