It's about C$450 for weekdays. Let's say it's probably a "competive price" for this location but you can get a similar room in Richmond for about 50% the price. “I stayed in Fairmont Waterfront for 2 nights on business, attending Web Summit in Canada Place next door. Very convenient: close proximity to major convention center, and to so many other attractions. Plus it is waterfront, so this is great location all along. Tasteful common areas, polished and friendly service. Early check in was requested and granted, and so was an upgraded room on 20th floor with the great view. ALL Accor Platinum status helped there.
