“Stayed here recently and honestly had such a great experience. The whole place felt luxurious but still very welcoming and comfortable. “Stayed here 3 days for a conference, and I am very happy that I landed on this hotel: it used to be the Shangri-La, and I believe it is in the process of being converted to a Park Hyatt, so it is beautiful and well-maintained. They have all the amenities you could need, and if there is anything missing, they are more than happy to provide it. “I would not recommend staying here during cruise ship season. Hoards of people everywhere. The hotel is connected to the cruise ship terminal and there is some sort of association as there were people and piles of luggage everywhere from cruise ship passengers. The gym is very oddly located 2 elevator rides and a walk outside the building near the parkade. I got caught in the throng of thousands of people getting off the ship when I tried to leave the gym. “Easily the best 2 night stay my family has ever had. The hotel offers a super convenient location. Interior reception, elevators, hallways, rooms and Especially the Executive Lounge was amazing. This included lounge with views , staff and food was shocking. Easily the best perk with our stay was the Executive Lounge!
