Fauchon L’Hôtel – Paris

“I really want to love this hotel. I’ve stayed 4x however I believe this last one is my last. The good: location, modern style rooms, some rooms have a great view. Mini bar is a great unique concept. The bad: service- concierge is so basic and doesn’t help at all. Don’t think they are knowledgeable either, staff no warm goodbye, didn’t even help put my bags in the cab had to do it myself, I called down cause there was an issue with the tea kettle- no one came, in the summer air conditioning does not work. Would never come back in summer, rooms are getting tired, marks and dings on the wall, car” — Tea connoisseur

The Chic Suite comes with so many treats left daily in your room. The bedding and the linens are all so soft and well thought out.
