“My wife and I stayed here for our short trip in Kyoto. We were greeted promptly by the staff with very warm enthusiasm and hospitality. The check in process was smooth and very unique as we were sat down to enjoy some delicious sweets from France. We were upgraded to a suite and the room was very spacious, clean, and all that we needed with even more complimentary treats. Taxi service was very convenient as the front desk staff helped arrange it for us and provided our destination directly to the driver. “The service at this small hotel is really topnotch. Very enthusiastic and capable staff. Amazing people! Breakfast wasnt buffet style which is ok We could choose from severel dishes and the ones we had (teriyaki chicken) were really good. Room was very nice and quiet.
