“We recently stayed for 1 night at Four Seasons Austin and it was ok. It didn’t feel like a 5 star hotel and more like a 3 or 4 star hotel at best. The valets are the best part of the hotel and are courteous, friendly and professional. The reception staff were friendly however they refused to extend our checkout time and we had to speak to the reservation manager who quickly extended it. Apparently the room needed to be cleaned for the next guests but then the manager said otherwise.
