“Had an amazing stay at the Four Seasons Chicago. Kristen does a great job at creating a wonderful experience for guests with her team. Stacy at Adorn was such a warm server. She remembered the kids names, things they liked and their food preferences. Victoria was also warm and friendly with our kids. The front door men were so helpful and friendly. Kids club wasn’t huge, but the kids enjoyed playing the arcade games and open ended toys like magna tiles. The pool was perfect for our family to relax and end the day.
