“I stayed for 10 days at this hotel with the breakfast not included in my package. After trying the daily breakfast buffet for two days, we realized it’s not for us. After that, we started to go to the ground floor coffee shop for the remaining eight days. And now during checkout, I realize that they made me pay breakfast for the eight days that I was not there.
