“Our visit to Four Seasons Houston was absolutely fantastic. We were there visiting our 50th state and the hotel staff had the room decorated with balloons and a special treat for our teens. It was incredibly thoughtful and really made our family celebration all the more special. The rooms were immaculate and wonderfully comfortable. The fitness facilities were well-equipped and clean. The pool area was fabulous, the concierge was genuinely helpful, valet was prompt, and the entire property feels like it’s well cared for and managed. “Stayed here for a week in April while in Houston for work. Let me just say: NEVER AGAIN. As someone who has worked in the luxury hospitality industry I was extremely appalled at the service of this Four Seasons. Not at all in line with the brand and I wish I could request a refund. I was definitely paying a premium for the name for a property that is at best 3-stars. I left out for work around 9am everyday and for 3 consecutive days I returned back to my room at 4pm to my room not to be cleaned for the day. This is a basic service?
