“Our visit to Four Seasons Houston was absolutely fantastic. We were there visiting our 50th state and the hotel staff had the room decorated with balloons and a special treat for our teens. It was incredibly thoughtful and really made our family celebration all the more special. The rooms were immaculate and wonderfully comfortable. The fitness facilities were well-equipped and clean. “Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Starting with the good: The staff were nice and attentive. The room was spacious and the amenities were good. We especially liked the bathroom products as they smelled wonderful. The location is wonderful with easy access to highways to get to where you need to be within a decent amount of time. Some opportunities: The layout of the room was strange as the TV was to the side of the bed, which was a small inconvenience. “I recently stayed at Thompson Houston by Hyatt and found it to be a hotel with many strengths but also several practical shortcomings. The public spaces are excellent. The lobby, restaurants, pool area, and views are beautiful, and the overall atmosphere feels luxurious. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout my stay. “We booked a presidential suite for our wedding weekend, when we arrived the hotel staff was very nice and welcoming. Once I made it to the desk to check in, Kevin upgraded our to a Penthouse suite at no additional charge. This guys is amazing and down to earth.
