“BEST HOTEL we’ve ever stayed in, staff were beyond helpful and we didn’t have to lift a finger the whole trip. The amenities were incredible and the ski staff even put on and took off skis for you! You can WhatsApp the hotel for anything and it’s beyond easy and simple. Staff were very catering and friendly. The location is beautiful and can ski in and ski out. The bed was extremely comfy and rooms were perfect with a heated rail and lots of wardrobe space. Shuttle car was also very good and can super quickly. “My friend and I each booked a treatment. I did a 75 minute massage & she did a 75 min facial for in total more than €600 together. With amounts like this we expected that we could at least use the spa facilities afterwards. We just wanted to use the pool, but they mentioned that this would be another €280 for the both of us if we wanted to enjoy this for a couple of hours. I’m sorry but that’s just ridiculous in my eyes if you book such a pricey treatment & I’ve never experienced that in other 5 star spa’s around the world. “We booked a dog sledding activity for our children with the help of the Guest Relations Manager at Four Seasons Megève. Despite arriving only 10 minutes late while walking through snow with a toddler, the vendor excluded our kids, let another family’s nannies take their sledge, and lied to the business owner, claiming we arrived 20 minutes late. The on-site Experience Manager stayed with me but blamed the issue on our “lateness.” After two hours of crying from anger and humiliation, she offered a hot bath as a “gesture,” which felt cheap and inadequate for a luxury brand.
