“Two weeks of mostly 5 star hotels in Japan, and this hotel provided our nicest room. The new Four Seasons is elegant and beautiful. Our room was on the 33rd floor with stunning views of Osaka. The breakfast in Jardin was well done and delicious. The Sky Lounge is beautiful. I only wish the bar offered a more complete bar menu. The staff was welcoming and attentive. “Absolutely sensational hotel! Possibly my favourite hotel ever, I adored the experience. Above anything, the staff were warm, welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms were absolute perfection. The views from the rooms, with the couch wrapped around, were gorgeous. We used the gorgeous infinity pool and sauna, which were kept immaculately. They had all of the little details covered like hand warmers as you left on a cold day/night (which were welcomed and super practical).
