Through FHR we were upgraded to a stunning bay-view room on the 48th floor, with a sweeping panorama of the Golden Gate Bridge — easily the finest view we've encountered across all our San Francisco stays. Worth noting for first-time guests: the hotel occupies roughly floors 38–48, so it's a boutique property by Four Seasons standards. This is reflected in the single restaurant and a lobby more intimate than you might anticipate — but neither felt like a shortcoming.
