“Here for my spouse's conference, so I'm tagging along spending money dining, shipping, drinking. Because we paid the "conference rate" we were given a room on a lower level with no balcony and a view of the white steel building supports...even as Bonvoy status holders. Most of the rooms in the hotel have adorable balconies opening up to a beautiful atrium, do this was a major disappointment. The hotel was nowhere near capacity. The water park is not open during the week, there is no live music or dancing inside the complex, which is so odd for a hotel in Music City. The location is another iss” — Sue

“The gardens and indoor atriums were absolutely stunning and truly made you feel like you weren’t even inside a hotel. Walking through the property was beautiful and easily the highlight of the stay. Most of the restaurants we visited were very good as well — the food tasted fresh and flavorful. However, several restaurant website hours were incorrect, which was frustrating when trying to plan meals. Service was hit or miss. “I stayed at this resort during a conference, and I was genuinely impressed by its scale and beautiful interior design. It was enjoyable simply walking around and exploring different areas of the property. One of the biggest advantages was being able to enjoy so many indoor facilities without worrying about the weather. The resort also offers a wide variety of restaurants, which made the stay even more convenient and enjoyable. Another great feature is the location — you can easily walk to nearby malls and entertainment venues, and it is not far from the airport, making it very accessible.” — Forever young
