The front desk attendant was polite and welcoming, and as a Hilton Honors Diamond member I received a complimentary upgrade to a Premium Room. After asking about other available upgrades, I was offered a Corner 1-Bedroom Suite for $200 per night, which felt like a great value since I had booked with a Free Night Award and points. “Ahhh, the Bobby. Where to begin? The welcome at the door is always fantastic. Staff like Tiffany are always so attentive and provide such professional and expert service! The lobby is wonderful, always greeting with a beautiful smell and perfect ambiance. The rooms are comfortable with well stocked bathrooms! “I rarely write reviews but we had such a wonderful experience at Dream that I need to. Everything from the moment we arrived until we left was wonderful. We got upgraded to a suite that had a shuffle board table and it was so fun. Our room was ready when we arrived (early). During every interaction the staff was always helpful, friendly, and polite. The drinks, coffee, and food in the hotel bar/restaurant were excellent. The gym was great, and clean, and I really enjoyed being able to try out a peloton row machine. “Here for my spouse's conference, so I'm tagging along spending money dining, shipping, drinking. Because we paid the "conference rate" we were given a room on a lower level with no balcony and a view of the white steel building supports...even as Bonvoy status holders. Most of the rooms in the hotel have adorable balconies opening up to a beautiful atrium, do this was a major disappointment. The hotel was nowhere near capacity.
