“The Grand Hotel Central is located in the perfect area for travelers. Truly enjoyed the stay. Room amenities were nice, roof top views were unmatched. Service seemed to be lacking for a five-star compared to others I have stayed at. Nonetheless, would stay here again!” — TRISTAN X. MOSHER

“Wheelchair accessible room. The hotel staff were friendly & helpful. It's in a great location. Unfortunately, the bathroom in the accessible room is not really designed for a wheelchair user. If you don't have a commode, the toilet is too low, grab bars too high . You can't get under the sink due to a metal bar going across & the shower, although roll in , has no light in it and the door opens inwards so you cannot wheel in and close the door. The lights to the bathroom are in an awkward place to get to if in a wheelchair. For a 5 star hotel, the accessible rooms should be designed better for ” — Julie Haria
