“I wish I could give this hotel 5 stars, but unfortunately it fell well short of what I expect from a true 5-star property. We checked in midweek and were assigned an accessible room. While I appreciate the need for these rooms, I’m nearly two meters tall and didn’t exactly benefit from a lowered sink and a shower seat. It was an odd choice given standard rooms were supposedly available. The pool situation also needs some attention. I was informed that check-in at the hotel starts at 4:00 PM, while in the neighboring hotel check-in begins at 3:00 PM.
