“This hotel should have 5 stars. The hotel is absolutely breathtaking, the staff are the nicest ever. The rooftop is really beautiful and the food is delicious, the breakfast is amazing. The rooms are spacious and really clean, they obviously have its details because a lot of people use them but that’s normal for any hotel, and they are super clean. I would 100% stay here again, the location was also perfect. If you have the opportunity then stay there, you won’t regret it.” — Regina Orozco Leal

“We had a truly wonderful stay at Grand Minerva. The service was absolutely impeccable from start to finish. The staff were incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely caring. They always had a smile on their faces and brought such a positive, sunny energy to every interaction. “It was a nice stay, but the least favorite of our 3 hotels we stayed at during our Italy honeymoon. You have to pay for the drinks in the mini fridge, and the restaurant is quite expensive. We wanted to eat on the rooftop after being told it was a must and when we went up there they said lunch was only downstairs lol. It was a nice stay but I wish we looked at more options.
