“4.5 Stars actually. I visited the Hotel to spend a few days away with my charming wonderful Daughter to enjoy Naples and we were both warmly welcomed with such a nice reception from smartly presented and proud staff. The staff the property the decorative finish are all beautiful. The hotel communal areas also have an amazing smell and of course the Room is spacious classic and spectacular. My one and only negative observation “no matter how hard I tried the Breakfast Cheff can not execute a perfect fried or poached egg. And the Ala’Cart Cheff severed me a Raw Burger then having sent it he back” — dominic parker

“Experienced a tiny hiccup upon check in at the hotel of our first night -it was addressed immediately by the entire staff. Due to unfortunate airline circumstances, ended up staying two additional nights ... I am a RAVING FAN of this property and will only stay here when in Naples. World class hotel!
