“We stayed in the Villas so we had a more private area. We tried a few different restaurants which we really enjoyed. We frequented the Swimming Pig, Pizza Lab, the buffet, and Sugar Factory. We enjoyed all the meals except for Sugar Factory, it was expensive but not great quality. All the staff were extremely helpful. We had a cabana every day and did some of the family friendly adventures such as feeding the tortoises and the junior marine biologist. Our 7 year old had a blast. “I have stayed at Baha Mar several times. It is a very beautiful resort. The rooms are beautiful and the view was amazing. I notice more and more, the lack in good customer service the more I go there. I had several issues this last stay. I went to the pool late afternoon and asked about renting a chair. I noticed in the app the price, I asked the attendant to rent the chair. She mentioned she would give me a discount because it was so late in the afternoon. When I saw the bill it was twice as much as what it said in the app, and with the “discount” applied, it was the original price originally” — A W
