“Beautiful place to stay. It's far from town, fyi. Cheapest, and best selection of groceries are in town. The condos are amazing. Daily service if you want it. They were good about just leaving us coffee, tea, and towels if we didn't need service. They were very nice. The unit has a very small washer and dryer, sub zero fridge, and dishwasher. We had 2 bed rooms with bathroom in each, plus 1 up in the living area. 2 beautiful pools. You have choice to rent a golf cart during your stay. “My husband and I traveled to Nassau with our three year old and stayed at the Goldwynn. From the moment we walked in we were so impressed. All the staff were amazing and accommodating. Everything was spotless. The pool and beach area were perfect for us - calm and not crowded on the most beautiful beach. We walked into a few other resorts while on Nassau and that confirmed that we picked the right place for us. They were a lot busier. “We experienced several issues during our stay that I would like to share. First, the airport pickup that had been arranged in advance was missed, which created an unnecessary inconvenience upon arrival. Additionally, we had booked an oceanfront room but were instead given a beachfront room. When we presented our confirmation, we were informed that nothing could be done. After a long wait, we chose not to pursue the matter further and accepted the room, but this was disappointing. “Only taking the time to write this because management asked for feedback, which i gave, but didn't take the time to respond. Giving Pink Sands 2 stars may sound harsh, but ultimately just reflects the overall satisfaction of staying there. Yes the rooms are nice, yes the beach is a great beach and Harbour Island is awesome. Most of the staff are also very friendly. But this is not a 5 star Hotel, by any stretch of the imagination.
