“We had a very pleasant stay at the Grand Hyatt Barcelona. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the pool area was especially stunning. We also really enjoyed the spa, which was modern, relaxing, and very well maintained. The room service was excellent throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, and we particularly appreciated the large bathroom and shower area. Everything was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The only downside was that access to the spa was not included in the room rate. Unfortunately, this was not clearly stated on Booking.com, and we had to pay an additional €40 per pers” — Marco Bösch

“I made reservation on the app and paid. Then received an email from the hotel saying that the payment didn’t go through. So I had to pay again and this time with a service fee. It’s a safer location in the city. However after checking in online I had to check in again and wait for the room to be ready. At 9 pm after no contact I approached the desk again and was given a room. The room welcomed a different guest, after maintenance showing up it finally worked, the TV, for 15 minutes. The room is hot, 23 degrees Celsius and it’s set on 15. Hasn’t moved in 2 hours. The window was unlatched so I a” — Phil McDonald

“Great luxury hotel a little off the center in Barcelona. Excellent rooms, stylish, outstanding sleeping comfort. Loved the rooftop bar/restaurant. Pool area is great. Grill excellent. The coffee shop has a relaxed vibe. The opening hours of the pool f&b and the rooftop bar are limited, would have been great to grab a coffee overlooking Barcelona or a pool cocktail after 5pm.
