“Our stay at the Grand Hyatt Beijing was extremely disappointing and fell well below the standard we expected from a Hyatt property. Prior to our arrival, we contacted the hotel and made two simple requests due to travelling with two young children after an 18-hour journey. We asked whether an earlier check-in could be accommodated and requested that our two booked rooms be located on the same floor. Unfortunately, neither request was met, nor did there appear to be any genuine effort made to assist us. We arrived at the hotel at approximately 8:30am after our long flight, exhausted and travell” — Tom Robinson

“Business stay 2 nights at BGH. Very central great location. The hotel is being slowly upgraded- Club room is was provided very dated but great size and was ok. Bed comfy. Lobby is all new. Service was great. Lovely team good English. Club lounge is great / huge breakfast - well worth it. The new gym sauna hot spa all beyond amazing new massive fully equipped. The pool is also incredible! 🙏 I would return if I could be guaranteed a newly renovated room.” — Pablo Champfleuris

“We stayed here for seven nights. The location is excellent, and we really enjoyed the overall ambience of the hotel—it feels grand, luxurious, and very impressive. That said, we found the room itself lacking a truly luxurious feel. The flooring was wooden rather than carpeted, with only a small rug near the bed, which made it feel less cozy. The bed was also a bit too firm for our liking. It was manageable for a short stay of one or two nights, but after seven nights, it started to cause some back discomfort. On a more positive note, the bathroom and toilet were beautifully renovated and stood” — Jayden Woo
