“Currently in the middle of a stay at Grand Hyatt Deer Valley, and could not be more impressed by the hotel and staff. Rooms: Comfy, spacious, and has a great view of the valley below. Well appointed, soft towels, even a few fresh sprigs of eucalyptus hanging in the shower. Restaurant: Have eaten at their signature restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. The ribeye, mashed potatoes, and Parker House rolls were great. The breakfast buffet was worth eating each day I’ve been here. Staff: Everyone here has been incredibly friendly and helpful. “Dear Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Management Team, I am writing regarding our stay from February 24–28, during which my wife and I chose your property to celebrate our upcoming five-year wedding anniversary. As long-time Hyatt Globalists, we selected your hotel expecting a premium and thoughtful experience. Unfortunately, our stay was consistently disappointing and far below brand standards. There was no acknowledgment whatsoever of our anniversary beyond a standard welcome amenity. For a milestone celebration at a luxury property, this lack of recognition was disheartening. “Very family friendly hotel. We went on the Mother’s Day weekend. The restaurant in the hotel was very thoughtful and sweet, they give mother nice dessert as a mother’s gift. There were many yard games in the middle of the hotel grass area. Also we love their swimming pool. There were multiple jacuzzi pools, so it is not over crowded. The staff was very helpful, they offered to help us with our luggage when our room is not yet ready, and give us key to go ahead start our stay with swimming pool:) their room service was amazingly wonderful.
