“Excellent food and service. They know quality here. It is worth the price. Some places this close to the mountain are just pricey but not good. This restaurant is comfortable and has amazing food and service. We sat near the fireplace in these beautiful embroidered wrap around chairs that were extremely comfortable after a long day skiing. We had schnitzel and fondue. The fondue is unlike any that we have had before. It was really good, but had more wine maybe and good cheeses. The size of the fondue is large.” — Steve K Wilson

“It's an experience but they saw we had a little baby and said they would rush to try and get us a room cause we showed up around 1230. They said to hang out in the lounge. Well we went and asked 2 times and said they're working on it. Got us in a double queen when we ordered a king and we couldn't fit a crib. No problem not a big deal the issue was that was at 330. They switched us into our room around 4. Which is check in. I gave 5 star when I wanted to do a 4 cause other people were great. “The Stein Eriksen is a well known hotel. The rooms are really nice. There is an arcade with food and drinks. Room service is good: they clean your room. The location is good also. The ski mountain is right next the lodge and if you need skis/poles you can get it at the pro shop. This is one of the nicest hotels in Utah and it's worth it. “Hotel was great. Very large and fantastic amenities. There is a private, free shuttle to access Park City (or anywhere within 5 miles). It functions like an Uber app to coordinate pickups and drop offs. All of the staff were extremely helpful and nice. Special shout out to Spencer for scheduling us a private champagne saboring after we missed the normal one all 4 evenings. Kiki and Fatima facilitated the private saboring and were amazing as well! “We stayed in February 2026. It was the most spectacular vacation ever. The very definition of luxury service from the moment we arrived all the way through checkout. The spa is world-class, my wife enjoyed a self-care day while I took the kids skiing. She was absolutely glowing with the amenities that are offered. They have an on-site dedicated ski rental service, Ski Butlers, who also manage their ski valet and it was the most convenient rental experience we have ever had. “Currently in the middle of a stay at Grand Hyatt Deer Valley, and could not be more impressed by the hotel and staff. Rooms: Comfy, spacious, and has a great view of the valley below. Well appointed, soft towels, even a few fresh sprigs of eucalyptus hanging in the shower. Restaurant: Have eaten at their signature restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. The ribeye, mashed potatoes, and Parker House rolls were great. The breakfast buffet was worth eating each day I’ve been here. Staff: Everyone here has been incredibly friendly and helpful. “We recently stayed at the Pendry to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday. The property itself is beautiful. The grounds are stunning, well-maintained, and exceptionally clean.
