From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. The hotel itself is very clean, quiet, and well maintained, which made it easy to relax after long days exploring the city. The room was cozy and comfortable, with an excellent heater that was a lifesaver since it was cold outside. “I recently stayed at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo for a business trip. My first impression was not ideal. I arrived late on a rare, stormy, and freezing night. When I entered my room on the 7th floor, I was greeted by a large marble wall over the desk area, which made the room feel cold, and the window to the open skyline seemed small relative to the room's size. Matters got worse around 2:00 AM when I heard loud scratching and thumping sounds from the floor above. It lasted for over 30 minutes, and unable to sleep, I called guest services to complain.
