“Beautiful place to stay. It's far from town, fyi. Cheapest, and best selection of groceries are in town. The condos are amazing. Daily service if you want it. They were good about just leaving us coffee, tea, and towels if we didn't need service. They were very nice. The unit has a very small washer and dryer, sub zero fridge, and dishwasher. We had 2 bed rooms with bathroom in each, plus 1 up in the living area. 2 beautiful pools. You have choice to rent a golf cart during your stay. Great beach out there in Emerald Bay, with kayaks and snorkel stuff available. They do have a few food/ drink ” — Fit Wench (#FitWench)

“Visited Grand Isle Resort & Residences during a stay in Exuma, and it was one of the most well-rounded experiences on the island. The property is located in Emerald Bay, about a short drive from the airport, and the arrival already sets the tone—warm, efficient, and very personalized. Staff welcomed us by name and offered a welcome drink, which is always a good sign of attention to detail. The villas are spacious and fully equipped (kitchen, living areas, large bedrooms), making it feel more like a private residence than a hotel. Ideal for longer stays or families. “This is definitely the best place to stay in Exuma. The location is stunning and the resort truly feels like an oasis on an island that is still not very developed. The private beach is beautiful, with crystal clear blue water, and the villas are tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The staff were wonderful, always friendly, helpful and welcoming. They also make it easy to organize activities. Do not miss the Exuma Water Sports half day tour, it was a highlight of our trip. A couple of things could be improved.
