“The building is beautiful and the location is great. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. That said, the room was far too small for the price. We paid close to $700 USD and didn't have enough space to open two suitcases. The shared spaces require advance booking even when empty, which felt unnecessarily rigid. The pool is nice but service was lacking; dishes sat uncollected and the bartender was on his phone while pouring a pastis that came out to over $20 USD. At this price point, the experience should match the setting.” — Kris S

“My husband and I booked this hotel as part of our Provence roadtrip. As we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, we chose this hotel as a gift to us, however we were very disappointed with the room. We didn't feel like the staff at the reception was very welcoming (there were exceptions). The day we checked in they had a private event in the garden and they couldn't reserve us a parking space, which we thought was unexpected - to prioritize other guests vs hotel guests. Some parking spots should've been reserved to hotel guests, in my opinion. However, we were lucky to find a parking spot.” — Maria Udrea
