“Worst hotel I have stayed at in years. The place is very dirty. Rooms smell bad. There was a leak coming from the sink. With the exception of Tarik, employees are indifferent and rude. Pool tiles are all loose and pool is green from lack of maintenance. Tried to get service at Pizza place: 5 employees standing around, not a single customer, and they would not pay attention to me. They just stood there staring at me. Never experienced this before. Had to leave and eat somewhere else. Be wary of positive reviews!” — E S

“We had an amazing stay at Harbor Club St. Lucia! I surprised my wife with a birthday trip and booked the Captain’s Suite, and it exceeded expectations. Before we even arrived, the staff went above and beyond to have the room beautifully set up for her birthday. The decorations, attention to detail, and overall presentation made the moment really special and something we’ll never forget. The suite itself was spacious, modern, and very clean, with a comfortable living area and an incredible balcony view overlooking the marina and pool. “Service was just okay. They did their job but not many happy smiling faces. I thought I had purchased the breakfast but was turned away at the door, that was my bad because when I checked I found it wasn’t purchased. With that said I never got offer to add this. Location was okay but not near a beach so if you’re looking for a beach experience this isn’t the hotel for you. You can drive 5 minutes to get the beach and the hotel will get you there and back for a small fee. Definitely a beautiful view from my room which was clean and comfortable.
