“Incredible resort. Amazing service. Stunning location between the two Pitons. Doesn’t get better on Saint Lucia. Very much a honeymoon hotspot but still great for others not honeymooning. Food was spectacular all around. It’s a bit expensive but the portions are healthy and great variety of options. Rooms are great but I wish we would’ve better understood the full layout of the resort and room types ahead of time. Beachside rooms are smaller and less private but we likely would’ve opted for those if we had known. “Worst hotel I have stayed at in years. The place is very dirty. Rooms smell bad. There was a leak coming from the sink. With the exception of Tarik, employees are indifferent and rude. Pool tiles are all loose and pool is green from lack of maintenance. Tried to get service at Pizza place: 5 employees standing around, not a single customer, and they would not pay attention to me. They just stood there staring at me. Never experienced this before. Had to leave and eat somewhere else. Be wary of positive reviews!” — E S
